Oh my days!!!

Really happy with this hypnotherapy!! I’ve not weighed myself yet, it’s been 3 weeks and I can tell by my clothes that I’ve lost weight.
I’m fitting into a pair of size 14 jeans that I haven’t worn since before Covid
